Threaded Tickets
TicketTalk manages your online helpdesk by organising support tickets into threaded discussions. When you or the customer looks at the ticket, you will see the entire discussion in a logical, threaded, date-ordered display.

Instant Notifications
Not only are emails sent to both parties to a ticket whenever a ticket has been actioned by either party, but you also can switch on instant ticket notification to play a sound on your desktop when a new ticket arrives!

Multiple Ticket Areas - Multi-User Environment
Within TicketTalk, you have the capability of creating distinct support or discussion areas. Say you had five products to support, you could create a support area for each one and then force customers to choose a support area before posting a ticket. In conjunction with this, you are allowed to create multiple logins for TicketTalk for your different support staff members. Each of these logins can then be assigned a distinct support area. These logins will not have access to any admin functions in TicketTalk, but will be able to respond to any tickets that fall within their assigned support area.

FAQs and Knowledge Base
Ticket Talk includes automatic FAQ creation from threads and FAQ management that enables your support staff to build an invaluable knowledge base. As the knowledge base grows so the number of requests to your helpdesk falls.

TicketTalk ships with a Microsoft Access 2000 database.
