Support Checklist

The following checklist covers the most common issues which we address every day. Please have a look through them and make sure that one of these is not the reason for your issue.


1.) Have you ensured that the installation server will run ASP?

2.) Have you followed your installation instructions?

3.) Have you set the directory permissions for your program correctly as specified in the ReadMe file that accompanied your software?

4.) If your software incorporates SQL database usage, have you successfully run the stored procedure installation script?

5.) Have you already visited the FAQs in the Knowledge Base?
