Why should I choose web-demos to sell my products?

1

Customer Reassurance
Selling independent software (IS) is hard even if the price is right. For the customer, the purchase of IS is a leap of faith. What they'd like is a product from a recognised vendor but they either can't afford it or the product they want is not available. To make a purchase they need reassurance and lots of it.

At web-demos our selected range of products comes with plenty of reassurance:

  • A 100% money back guarantee.
  • Pre sales support.
  • Post sales product support.
  • Online product communities.
  • Instant downloads.
  • Quality assurance.

At web-demos the purchase of IS is not a leap of faith, it makes sense.

2 Advanced Product Management
You have unlimited access to our Supplier Management Console (SMC) for real-time management of your product listings.
3

Direct End User Feedback
Are your products well received? How should you develop them? How can you plan for the future? Answer: Find out what the end users think. But that's expensive, corporations spend millions getting that kind of information.

At web-demos end user feedback is the key to your success. With us you have direct access to users through the SMC.

4

Control
How do you know we will provide the level of customer support your product deserves? Easy. You manage the customer support. Using the SMC you control the pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

It gets better though. As you respond to end user requests you build a range of invaluable sales tools:

  • A dedicated product knowledge base.
  • Online product forums.
  • News items.
  • Case studies.
  • Reviews and quotes.
  • A product demonstration.
  • A product tour.
Little by little you complete your own product support mechanisms. The more we sell the easier it becomes to provide support.

Advanced Sales Tools and Bulk Sales
Beyond the sales tools you'll be able to develop at web-demos, as you add more products to your portfolio, you'll be able to cross-sell. So when a customer has one of your products in their basket, we can recommend your other products when they go to the check out.

We run a program of reseller discounts to selected bulk buying resellers. Not only will we market your product(s) to end users but also to resellers.

6 No Sales Administration
We take care of all the administrative overhead of selling online. We manage the order processing, the billing, payments, and refunds. We provide online reports of your sales and even current shopping basket activity. With no effort you'll know exactly where you are.

What does it cost to sell my products at web-demos?
We operate by selling your products at a margin (ie. we make a percentage on each sale). Unusually you set the retail price and we deduct our margin from that price.

All our fees are listed in the Table of Fees.

What other fees are there?
There are no hidden fees. All our fees are shown in the Table of Fees.

Do I pay for Chargebacks?
Chargebacks are deductible. If there is a chargeback we will deduct the wholesale amount from your next payment.

What is a Chargeback?
A chargeback may occur following a successful credit card purchase of a product(s) if the credit card issuer (eg. VISA, MasterCard) reverses a payment. Chargebacks are not negotiable with the card issuer. Reasons for chargebacks include but are not limited to:

  • Credit card theft or other fraud.
  • Card holder complaint to card issuer.
We make every effort to minimise the risk of chargeback and ensure the validity of each sale. For that reason payments are processed by a leading approved Payment Service Provider.

Please note that Card Issuers are permitted to send in retrievals requests for up to 18 months from the date of the transaction. An immediate chargeback maybe sent up to 180 days from the date of the transaction (Immediate Chargeback is where a fraud has occured rather than a cusotmer query).

Does web-demos handle refunds?
We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should they be dissatisfied with their purchase, they may request and obtain a refund in full by posting us a signed "Letter of Destruction" within 30 days of the purchase date. An amount equal to the wholesale cost is debited from your account when the customer credit is issued.

How and when do I get paid?
By default web-demos pays you 100% of your earnings for any given month less deductions, and any other fees due for whatever reason, on or shortly after the last working day of the month following the month of the order.

For example, since we calculate payments from first to last day of the month, a February order is paid on the last working day of March or the beginning of April.

How do I know that you are reporting and paying me for all sales of my product(s)?
We give you direct access to our live database, which you can query at any time. You can configure, view and print a number of sales reports.

Remember, we only make money if you make money and we live and die by our reputation so we do not do anything to jeopardise our reputation.

Can you also distribute the free trial version of my product?
Yes. For each product you may make various free downloads available including trial versions. In fact we recommend you do this, it may boost sales considerably.

Our software uses a Registration Code to unlock the software. How do you handle this?
